Postage Options:
• REGULAR POST: This price is stated next to each product.
• EXPRESS POST: additional fee, please contact for a quote.
• PICK UP AVAILABLE: please contact to arrange.

Processing Timeframe:
• Your item will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving/payment clearing into our account.
• Your delivery timeframe from date of shipping depends of you selected postage method.
• Regular is approx 3-5 day, but please allow up to 10.
• Express is 1-3 business days depending on your location

Term & Conditions:
• Payment is expected within 5 business day of invoice being issued.
• Your item will be shipped within 5 business days of your payment clearing into our account.
• Please note that electronic transfers can take up to four days to appear in our account.
• We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your products to you within the estimated delivery time as indicated above; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame and cannot be held accountable for delays beyond our control.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if the item is no longer available or damaged.
• Occasionally an item may be out of stock, and we will contact you to discuss if this occurs. You will be given the option to either have a full refund or wait until the item is due to be back in stock.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail, compensation is only given on sales where the buyer has elected postage insurance (registered mail). Claimed must be lodged with Australia Post and compensation will only be issued once the application with Australia Post has been approved.
• If you are under the age of 18 you are not allowed to place an order without your parent or guardians consent.
• We reserve the right to change prices on our products at anytime without notice.
• No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.
• Where we agree to replace the product or refund you the purchase price of the product, you must first return the defective product to us. You will be obliged to pay for the return of the product if the product is sent after 30 days from dispatch.
