Kawena feels very privileged at 78 years young to feel as well and active as she does. She credits this to her way of life. As she is a great believer in positive thinking and being.

Her happiness and enthusiasm have never been stronger and she finds her work extremely exciting and rewarding. She has been doing Life Direction/Angel Card Readings for many years. And has helped guide and inspire many clients.

Kawena also conducts Auric/Chakra Energy Alignment Sessions which have been designed to help people connect with their own healing power within. She works with all positive energies including Chakra Crystals in these sessions. And has found this to be of great benefit to clients.

In the Motivation / Meditation and Intuitive Self Awareness workshops she conducts she shares much of her many years of experience and wisdom. She is very passionate about Quality Breathing and Living and loves to teach that most of all.

Kawena has produced three Meditation CD’s “Meditation Made Easy”, “The Art of Breath Made Easy” and “Meditation Made Easy For Children”. All three include an introduction and guided Meditations. They were created to help others empower themselves. As they are very easy to follow especially for the beginner.

Her greatest joy in life is helping people understand what wonderful potential lies in each and everyone of us.
